What You Bring
• 8+ years experience in the home improvement industry • 5+ years of management or supervisory experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage and inspect quality of employee or subcontractor installations • Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and CRM tools (i360 – Salesforce) • Valid driver’s license
