About the Role

The District Sales Manager role is a remote, outside-sales position responsible for growing and maintaining business within an assigned territory. Leveraging deep knowledge of pre-engineered metal buildings, the DSM builds strategic relationships, acts as a trusted advisor, and drives consultative selling to meet annual growth targets. • Meet and exceed sales and growth goals for the assigned territory. • Identify, prospect, and develop new customers to expand territory growth. • Manage a robust pipeline of prospects, moving them effectively through the sales cycle. • Input and maintain accurate records in the CRM per company guidelines. • Establish and maintain high-level, strategic relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

What You Bring
