About the Role
The Multi‑Trade Operative will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance tasks, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs, covering both specialist and secondary trades. All work must be carried out efficiently and completed within required deadlines. • Carry out maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and property MOTs across multiple trades. • Provide first‑class service to properties in Peterborough, Wisbech, March and surrounding areas. • Complete all work efficiently and meet required deadlines.

What You Bring
We are seeking a qualified electrician who also has skills in other trades to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver first‑class service to our properties across Peterborough, Wisbech, March and surrounding areas. Candidates must be reliable, experienced electricians with additional trade skills and a strong focus on customer care. An 18th Edition electrical certificate and a 2391 Testing and Inspecting qualification are essential. A valid UK driving licence is required, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use. The role is subject to a Basic Criminal Record Check, and applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment. • Hold a valid 18th Edition electrical certificate and a 2391 Testing and Inspecting qualification. • Possess a valid UK driving licence; a company vehicle will be provided for work use. • Subject to a Basic Criminal Record Check and eligibility to work in the UK.

Benefits
The position offers a salary of £36,000‑£41,000 plus a van, tools, a company bonus scheme and regular overtime. It is based in Peterborough, Wisbech and March, with a 40‑hour per week permanent contract.
