About the Role

The Dublin office is hiring a Document Controller to join the programme team, working three days on‑site and two days remotely. The role focuses on supporting document storage, sharing, and control protocols while acting as the first point of contact for documentation queries. Key duties include maintaining project registers and logs, generating weekly status and overdue reports, and ensuring proper issuance and storage of documents according to control procedures. The controller will interface with consultants and contractors, continuously improve filing systems, and support quality assurance, health and safety audits, as well as provide general administrative assistance to the team. • Maintain document register, RFI register, action log, issue log, and other project control tools. • Analyze and summarize status of project registers and logs for the team. • Generate and issue weekly status and overdue reports on documentation and actions. • Ensure proper issuance, receipt, and storage of documents per control procedures. • Interface with external suppliers, ensuring compliance with contract document procedures. • Enforce and improve a robust project filing and document management system. • Identify and propose enhancements to document control and filing processes. • Support QA, QC, and Health & Safety processes by participating in audits. • Provide administrative support such as photocopying, filing, document collation, and data entry. • Monitor runway developments at major airports and produce monthly summary reports. • Manage external stakeholder database, including data entry and reporting. • Prepare inputs for monthly executive reports and coordinate contributions for the Project Director. • Track office supply inventory and support reordering as needed.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has extensive document control experience, preferably within aviation or large‑scale infrastructure programmes, and is proficient with platforms such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud (Docs), and Aconex.
