About the Role
In this role you will be the primary point of contact for homeowners seeking improvement solutions, guiding them through the sales journey from discovery to final installation. You will work autonomously to manage your pipeline and ensure a seamless customer experience. • Conduct in‑home consultations and present customized home‑improvement solutions. • Follow Renuity’s proven sales process to meet and exceed sales targets. • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle. • Independently manage leads, appointments, and follow‑ups. • Maintain a consistent record of achieving sales goals.

What You Bring
Successful candidates demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, along with a proven record of meeting sales goals. High ethical standards, a clean driving record, and the ability to use an iPad for presentations are also required. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities. • Exhibit excellent time‑management, organization, and high ethical standards. • Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record and use an iPad for presentations. • Prior in‑home or B2C sales experience preferred (not required). • Availability for evenings and weekends as needed.

Benefits
Top‑performing sales reps earn $80K–$150K annually. You’ll start with a base pay of $250 per week and earn uncapped commission plus performance bonuses.
