About the Role
• Assist with loading and unloading materials using proper equipment and safety protocols. • Help assemble components according to fabrication specifications. • Keep work areas clean, organized, and perform routine waste disposal. • Prepare, clean, lubricate, and maintain tools and equipment for fabricators. • Participate in quality control checks to ensure products meet standards. • Support fabricators by holding materials, operating machinery under supervision, and performing directed tasks. • Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. • Work for a fast‑growing company in Central Oregon building state‑of‑the‑art HVAC systems.

What You Bring
We are currently hiring Entry‑Level Assemblers and a motivated Fabrication Helper to support our production operations. The Assembly role rotates among positions such as assembly, piping, electrical, finishing, testing, and wrapping, providing exposure to multiple trade skills. The Fabrication Helper will assist fabricators and help keep the production floor running smoothly.
