About the Role

• Lead installation of electrical systems that interconnect solar arrays to residential grid power. • Ensure workmanship complies with NEC and local codes. • Perform solar battery installations as assigned. • Troubleshoot and resolve system electrical issues. • Plan and safely complete Main Panel Upgrades. • Coordinate system upgrades and repairs with branch teams and homeowners. • Work with local inspectors to satisfy regulatory requirements.

What You Bring

• Possess experience with wiring up to 600 VDC and 480 VAC and residential service replacement. • Hold a valid Journeyman/Electrician license and maintain a clean driving record. • Lift up to 50 lb frequently (100 lb with assistance) and work on rooftops, confined spaces, and at heights. • Use required PPE such as fall protection, arc‑flash suits, gloves, and face shields. • Travel up to 5 % of work time.
