Job Highlights
About the Role
• Oversee clubhouse operations, staff, vendors, and events to meet goals, resident interests, and corporate protocols. • Recruit, interview, hire, train, and manage recreational staff and third‑party service providers. • Supervise instructors and academies, coordinating class schedules for the year. • Create, update, and distribute the Activities Calendar per committee or Community Association Manager direction. • Conduct rounds of the clubhouse, sports complex, and pool deck to monitor usage, cleanliness, and maintenance needs. • Maintain accurate records of guest payments, event room rentals, academy payments, and event expenditures. • Prepare articles for association publications, including e‑blasts.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management, Hospitality, Leisure Studies, or related field preferred. • 5–7 years of management or supervisory experience; extensive experience required. • Prior experience in recreation management, event planning, or community programming highly desirable. • Strong organizational and communication skills for interacting with residents, staff, and external partners. • Creativity and innovation in designing engaging activities for diverse demographics. • Excellent leadership ability to motivate and inspire staff and volunteers. • Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols for recreational facilities.
