About the Role
The Porter/Yard Worker (Yard Associate) is responsible for positioning and retrieving equipment across the location’s property. Duties include maintaining a written maintenance schedule, servicing equipment as needed, and inspecting items before and after rental to record any loss or damage.

What You Bring
• High school diploma or GED preferred • Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred • Some experience and/or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred • Ability to communicate effectively with customers (written and oral) • Ability to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide) • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc) • General mechanical aptitude • Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs

Base pay ranges from $17.75 to $22.55 per hour, with the starting rate varying by location, education, training, and experience. Comparable titles include Porter Hostler, Yard Hand, Yard Jockey, Entry Level Mechanic, Construction Laborer, Forklift Driver, and Warehouse Worker.
