About the Role

The role serves as the primary point of contact for multiple strategic alliance clients, guiding them in aligning real‑estate strategies with business objectives. Responsibilities include standardizing processes, overseeing consolidated schedules, budgets, risk reporting, and contract negotiations, as well as identifying and mitigating risks that could affect project delivery. Continuous improvement of delivery methods and the use of JLL’s insights and best practices are essential to ensure client satisfaction and portfolio performance. A core part of the position involves leading and inspiring internal teams, fostering a collaborative and mentoring environment, and managing talent through recruitment, succession planning, and performance metrics.
