Join Kimley‑Horn’s graphic design team in Orange, California as a full‑time summer Graphic Design intern and support our engineering and planning teams in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment. You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field and expect to graduate within 12‑24 months. You have working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) on Windows. You demonstrate excellent design, layout, and typography skills, can collaborate effectively in a team, and pay strong attention to detail while delivering professional quality. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required, and limited travel to other regional offices may be needed. Include a one‑page cover letter with your application; additional writing work samples may be requested. • Apply Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro). • Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) on Windows. • Demonstrate excellent design, layout, and typography skills. • Collaborate effectively in team settings. • Communicate exceptionally in writing and verbally.
