About the Role
The Foreman – Ground Protection leads setup and teardown of ground protection matting on projects across power generation, transmission, oil and gas, construction, industrial, disaster response, special events and other sectors. This role plans, delegates, and manages daily project activities while ensuring tools, supplies, and documentation are maintained. • Leverage current skills while developing new skills • Motivate and coach team members during projects • Create and execute project plans • Assign tasks to crew members to achieve daily goals • Represent Sunbelt in communications with customers and internal resources • Create accurate project timelines • Maintain tools and supplies needed for project completion • Document daily notes, labor logs, progress reports, and other required records • Keep the shop and yard clean when not assigned to a project • Assist with deliveries, pickups, and everyday business when not on a project

What You Bring
Physical demands include bending, squatting, reaching and lifting up to 100 lb, with work performed in various weather conditions and potentially long‑duration driving. All duties must comply with Sunbelt’s safety policies, and reasonable accommodations are provided in line with ADA regulations. • Knowledge of equipment troubleshooting (pumps, generators, power distribution, HVAC, heaters, shoring) • Strong mechanical background, preferably in a similar industry • Proven leadership experience with a history of success • Construction background • Excellent time‑management abilities • Ability to operate basic equipment such as forklifts, wheel loaders, and skid loaders • Preferred Class A CDL • Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 100 lb regularly
