About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for achieving sales and growth targets across assigned markets and accounts, managing the pipeline and delivering accurate forecasts. You will drive the end‑to‑end sales cycle from lead generation through contract closure while ensuring customer satisfaction and long‑term partnerships. You will lead cross‑functional capture teams to develop competitive bids, define pricing and channel strategies, and collaborate with internal groups to align sales tactics. Technical expertise will be applied to deliver tailored grid‑optimization solutions, conduct seminars, workshops and proof‑of‑concept projects, and steer commercial negotiations to close deals. Post‑sale, you will support operations, resolve major customer issues, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as EPCs, end‑users and consultants. Ongoing market monitoring, competitor analysis and reporting on pipeline health will inform strategic account planning and identification of new value pools. • Achieve sales and growth targets for assigned markets and accounts. • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. • Lead and coordinate cross‑functional capture teams for competitive bid development. • Define bid pricing, positioning, and channel strategies to maximize competitiveness. • Collaborate with internal teams to align and optimize sales strategies. • Provide technical expertise and deliver customized grid‑optimization solutions. • Conduct seminars, workshops, trials and proof‑of‑concept initiatives to promote offerings. • Lead technical and commercial negotiations and close deals. • Support post‑sales operations and resolve major customer concerns. • Build and maintain relationships with EPCs, end‑users, and consultants. • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes and competitor activity to adjust strategies. • Produce accurate reporting on sales activities, pipeline health and forecasts.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, has 8‑10 years of sales and marketing experience in oil and gas, and consistently meets aggressive targets. Strong English communication skills, the ability to manage complexity and thrive in fast‑paced environments are required.
