About the Role
The role involves maintaining and repairing the fleet of trucks and equipment that support millions of customers across the United States, ensuring reliable service for local communities. • Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on a wide range of vehicles • Estimate time and material costs for repairs and new parts • Respond to emergency breakdown service calls • Conduct safety checks on vehicles and document findings • Complete required paperwork for parts usage and repair time tracking • Assist senior mechanics with project work and review driver vehicle inspection reports • Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with corporate and OSHA standards

Safety is a top priority; the job requires physical effort such as lifting, standing, and climbing, and adherence to corporate and OSHA standards to maintain a clean and secure work area. • Complete work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs) • Minimum two years of relevant mechanical experience • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Eligibility to work legally in the United States • Ability to meet physical demands such as lifting, standing, and climbing • Pass pre‑employment drug screening and physical examination • Team‑oriented mindset, comfortable working independently and collaboratively • Demonstrate determined problem‑solving skills
