• Lead structural design projects for diverse infrastructure in UAE. • Perform complex structural analysis and design using advanced engineering principles and software. • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues and ensure project success. • Develop innovative, cost‑effective structural solutions that meet client requirements and local building codes. • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and team members. • Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, and specifications. • Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and monitor construction progress. • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and building codes. • Contribute to business development by participating in client meetings and proposal preparations. • Ensure projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.

What You Bring
We are seeking a talented and experienced Structural Engineer with 10 years of work experience to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Structural Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and analyzing structures for various building projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with local regulations. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or related discipline; master’s preferred. • Possess a professional engineering license or certification (e.g., PE or equivalent). • Minimum 5+ years UAE experience focusing on building design and analysis; residential/commercial experience not considered. • Extensive knowledge of Dubai and UAE local building codes and regulations. • Proficient in Etabs, Autodesk Robot, SAFE, Staad Pro; experienced with roads, bridges, highways, and infrastructure projects. • Proven track record on large, complex projects for RTA. • Experience with sustainable design practices and green building standards. • Experience with parametric modeling and computational design.
