Project Control Manager (Roads Experience)
Lead project controls for large road projects, overseeing schedules, budgets, and client relations.

About the Role
• Develop commercial strategies and participate in negotiations. • Lead the project controls function on large/complex projects. • Document employee performance issues and facilitate resolution. • Conduct root cause analysis. • Draft comprehensive project procedures. • Manage scope control and change management. • Oversee production and maintenance of accurate project schedules, including resource loading and leveling. • Assist the Project Manager with budgeting and incentive program management. • Establish and maintain client relationships. • Review and analyze project programs and produce accurate progress/performance reports. • Review and assess raw data from project automated systems as required. • Participate as a key member in client and subcontractor negotiations. • Contribute to staffing decisions for projects. • Develop and maintain a tracking database to align subcontractor funding with work authorizations and expenditures. • Ensure tracking of detailed change order status for the Project Management team.

What You Bring
• Apply expert knowledge of schedule, critical path analysis, resource loading and leveling. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering. • Experience working in Dubai with familiarity of local construction practices and regulations. • Strong project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools. • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Strong attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams. • Familiarity with RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) standards and approval processes (preferred). • Demonstrated ability to innovate and implement creative solutions in complex engineering projects. • Strong organizational skills and effective task prioritization.
