About the Role

What You Bring
The Associate Field Service Engineer role services the Cleveland, OH area and helps expand our Aftermarket Services. This entry‑level position is ideal for self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, customer‑focused individuals eager to develop troubleshooting skills through progressively challenging assignments. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, be able to climb ladders over 8 feet, lift up to 50 lb, and hold a valid driver’s license acceptable to company insurance. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree or technical school credential in HVAC, building automation, or a related field, experience with HVAC controls, basic logic troubleshooting, TCP/IP and wireless networks, blueprint reading, and proficiency in Microsoft 365. • Hold a High School Diploma or GED; able to lift 50 lb and climb ladders over 8 ft. • Possess a valid driver’s license and meet company insurance criteria. • Preferred: Associate degree or technical certification in HVAC/Building Automation. • Experience troubleshooting HVAC or building automation logic and TCP/IP networks. • Ability to read architectural, mechanical, and electrical blueprints. • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
