About the Role

The Executive – Administration role within the HR Admin department, based in Powarkheda, Madhya Pradesh, serves as a trusted partner to the executive team. It facilitates efficient communication, manages administrative tasks, and ensures smooth operation of the executive office. The position oversees daily operational support across the township, terminal, and PFT sites, including vehicle allocation, courier services, facility maintenance, and coordination of vendors and event logistics. • Maintain and validate debit records for electricity consumption, carpenter and plumbing services at the township • Share electricity consumption data with HR for payroll processing • Compile monthly Adani water supply consumption data for terminal, PFT and garbage‑truck trips • Allocate vehicles and maintain daily shift log sheets • Provide monthly COCP connection usage data for payment processing • Manage daily courier services (inward and outward) for both PFT and terminal and keep records • Conduct toolbox meetings for all admin contractors • Arrange end‑to‑end logistics for events • Follow up daily with procurement on pending vendor payments • Handle stationary requirements, including indenting and distribution • Maintain township allotment records • Align vendors for annual maintenance contracts (AMC) • Coordinate fortnightly pest‑control services at terminal and PFT • Raise purchase requisitions for monthly admin procurement activities • Procure pantry materials from local vendors • Oversee facilities services and maintenance • Ensure administration‑related vendor contracts are in place • Supervise office repair and maintenance activities • Manage guest services and accommodations • Process monthly vendor invoices • Manage overall vendor relationships • Oversee canteen operations • Manage vehicle fleet and related logistics

What You Bring
