About the Role
The Cleaner works under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor at C&W Services, following established standards and procedures to maintain cleanliness in office buildings and public areas. • Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other interior surfaces using manual or commercial floor buffers and shampoo machines. • Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean daily and shampoo rugs as directed. • Dust and clean furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, light fixtures, and perform periodic high‑dusting. • Wash interior windowsills, glass doors, partitions, and specified windows; clean entrance glass and trim. • Spot‑clean interior walls daily as needed. • Clean and restock bathrooms, including wiping glass, emptying waste baskets, servicing soap and toilet paper dispensers, dusting sills, cleaning tile walls, shelves, stall partitions, and scrubbing floors. • Monitor and report defects such as clogged urinals or out‑of‑order lights. • Collect building trash daily, replace liners, and place containers for removal. • Sweep or shovel snow from steps, walkways, and entrance areas as directed. • Perform periodic tasks such as high‑dusting, leather and wood polishing, and wall washing.

What You Bring
• No prior cleaning experience required; ability to follow directions and work independently within a team. • Capability to operate cleaning tools and equipment, including portable backpack vacuums. • Attention to detail, strong work ethic, high energy and endurance, and pride in delivering excellent service.
