About the Role

You will be part of a team shaping the future of major projects and programmes across transformative initiatives, including national high‑speed rail, mass transit, urban regeneration and infrastructure programmes in Canada. • Conduct feasibility studies and advise on procurement strategies and contract selection. • Write and undertake procurement reports. • Apply value management techniques at the project outset. • Manage, estimate, and cost‑plan activities, owning and presenting the final cost plan. • Negotiate and agree final accounts. • Serve as key interface with clients, stakeholders, and consultants at all project stages. • Handle contractual frameworks and standard forms of contract. • Identify and act on opportunities to improve cost‑management procedures, templates, and products. • Identify and implement improvements to internal systems and processes.
