About the Role
In this role you will lead daily site construction work, ensuring the crew meets production goals and adheres to MasTec’s Health, Safety, and Environmental policies as well as industry standards such as OSHA, TIA‑10‑48, NATE CTS, and ANSI. You will oversee operations, maintain quality and equipment, manage site paperwork and close‑out documentation, coordinate with customer representatives, and provide training and guidance to your crew. • Lead daily site construction activities and ensure the crew meets production goals. • Implement MasTec’s Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and comply with OSHA, TIA‑10‑48, NATE CTS, and ANSI standards. • Oversee site operations, maintain quality of work, and keep equipment and vehicles operational. • Manage and submit daily site paperwork, closeout documentation, and upload files to customer interfaces. • Coordinate with customer representatives to maintain strong working relationships. • Provide leadership, guidance, and on‑the‑job training to crew members. • Validate crew timesheets and perform additional duties as assigned. • Operate aerial lifts, man‑lifts, skid steers, and aerial platform equipment; read and interpret site plans, RFDS, construction drawings, and SOW.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate prioritizes safety, has a proven record of high‑quality work, and enjoys solving complex, hands‑on problems on long‑term projects. Required qualifications include a high school diploma (technical degree preferred), at least five years of industry experience, relevant certifications (OSHA 10, First Aid, Safety, Rescue, with WSA a plus), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate aerial lifts, man‑lifts, skid steers, and read construction plans, while meeting physical demands such as lifting 50 lb and working up to 12 hours per day. • Possess at least 5 years of industry experience; 10+ years preferred; hold certifications such as OSHA 10, First Aid, Safety, Rescue, and optionally WSA. • Meet physical requirements: lift up to 50 lb, work up to 12 hours, and have a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
