About the Role
Reporting to the APAC L&D Associate Director, this role designs, implements and manages learning initiatives across Asia to boost employee skills, performance and career growth. It aligns development with company goals by identifying skill gaps, creating materials, delivering training and evaluating effectiveness, serving as a key link between HR and strategic business needs. • Communicate regional L&D strategy and initiatives with the Associate Director L&D, Head of People Asia, and HR leads. • Embed the L&D strategy across the Asia business to deliver optimal outcomes. • Support development of a cohesive, structured L&D offering across all disciplines and role levels in Asia. • Evaluate training effectiveness, analyse participant feedback and develop tools to measure ROI. • Tailor and deploy global L&D initiatives in the Asia region, updating internal databases as needed. • Design, deliver and evaluate learning programs that build capability and drive performance. • Develop engaging training materials, e‑learning and blended solutions for diverse audiences. • Build strong relationships and collaborate with leaders, teams and external providers. • Manage Learning Management Systems and use analytics to monitor learning outcomes. • Support organisational change through learning interventions that build readiness and adoption. • Apply analytical and evaluation skills to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements. • Utilise digital learning technologies, virtual platforms and innovative remote/hybrid delivery methods. • Manage multiple projects, priorities and timelines while maintaining quality outcomes. • Effectively work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

What You Bring
• Strong grasp of HR/L&D concepts and functions. • Excellent written and verbal communication, influencing and engaging diverse stakeholders. • Strong administrative, reporting and organisational abilities, handling multiple tasks and deadlines. • Process‑oriented with ability to manage conflicting timescales and priorities. • Professional qualification in Training and Assessment, Administration, Human Resources or related field (preferred). • Minimum 8 years’ experience, with 3‑5 recent years in L&D within large, complex organisations. • Deep understanding of Asian cultural work nuances and experience in cross‑matrix organisations.
