About the Role
The role involves operating press brakes according to manufacturing instructions and assisting other operators while bending heavy or large parts. The employee will also gather all items—both welded and single pieces—by shop order, monitor their location through the weld process, and deliver them to the proper work centers. All work is performed following established procedures, manufacturing information, drawings, blueprints, sketches, and both written and oral instructions from supervision or engineering. • Operate press brakes and assist operators in bending heavy or large parts. • Gather welded and single‑piece items by shop order and deliver them to appropriate work centers. • Follow established procedures, drawings, blueprints, and instructions from supervision or engineering. • Push or pull up to 100 lb and lift up to 50 lb as needed.

What You Bring
Physical demands include pushing or pulling up to 100 lb and lifting up to 50 lb. The position requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and U.S. work authorization without company sponsorship. Candidates must have a minimum of three months of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, operating a powered industrial vehicle such as a forklift, and using hand and air tools. Effective oral and written communication skills, as well as planning and organizational abilities, are essential. The employee should be capable of managing by influence through solid relationships and a focus on processes. • Minimum high school diploma or GED; authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. • At least 3 months of manufacturing experience in an industrial setting. • Minimum 3 months operating powered industrial vehicles (e.g., forklift). • Minimum 3 months using hand and air tools. • Effective oral and written communication, planning, and organizational skills. • Ability to influence through solid relationships and process focus.
