Assist guests/owners at front desk, handling reservations, payments, and inquiries.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Ensure accurate charges and credit posting; collect payments • Handle credit card and cash transactions and balance cash postings • Issue safety deposit boxes and control room keys while maintaining privacy and security • Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests and route them to appropriate departments • Prepare and restock front desk supplies; assemble arrival packets • Provide information on area attractions and resort amenities

What You Bring
• Minimum 6 months front desk or guest services experience • High school graduate or equivalent • Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and meet organizational demands • Prior experience with credit card transactions and data entry • Ability to work an 8‑hour shift standing/walking, with or without reasonable accommodations • Preferred: bilingual ability
