About the Role
The Assistant Specialist, Strategic Sourcing supports Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal stakeholders, optimizing JLL‑managed services operations and sourcing strategies while delivering supplier and operational improvements. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with JLL Sourcing, Facility and Property Management teams to generate immediate and sustained client benefits, supporting Category Management supplier relationships, guiding RFP/bid and contracting processes, ensuring compliance with sourcing policies, and managing sourcing requests for extensions, renewals, and new services. The role also serves as a liaison between Shared Services, Corporate Legal, and Risk Management to secure contractual compliance, assists the Sourcing Leader with priorities and deliverables, supports the Account SPM program for key suppliers, and participates in multi‑client events to improve Alliance spend. Required competencies include providing analysis and compliance reporting, conducting system audits for KPI accuracy, aligning compensation rates with service agreements, supporting data collection and insight generation for multi‑client events, assisting vendor management and diversity/sustainability programs, mentoring suppliers, and supporting JLL e‑commerce procurement initiatives.

What You Bring
Candidates should possess strong interpersonal, organizational and analytical abilities, excellent oral and written communication, enthusiasm, self‑motivation, and the ability to multitask and prioritize. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and project management or business transition experience is a plus.
