About the Role
The role involves proactive business development through focused networking and leveraging relationships across corporate and growth sectors, especially office space. You will identify and nurture key corporate relationships and build new connections with builders and senior corporate leaders such as CRE heads, CFOs and admin heads. Preparation of marketing materials—including presentations and proposals—and execution of parallel development strategies for the assigned geography are also required. You will provide advisory services to conclude commercial office transactions in the Mumbai market, preparing information memorandums, financial analyses, market intelligence and coordinating with legal consultants. The Markets team also delivers fee‑generating advisory services such as lease‑versus‑buy analysis, off‑balance‑sheet REIT strategies, regional asset allocation and market‑entry advice. Ensuring comprehensive market coverage, timely and accurate deliverables, and strong financial and client‑management skills are essential. The role includes end‑to‑end transaction execution—option sourcing, client presentations, site inspections, pricing, negotiations, legal coordination and closure—while maintaining customer satisfaction and service‑quality standards. You will engage clients through calls, meetings, site visits and proposal submissions, mentor and guide team members, and meet individual and team targets.
