About the Role

The role involves planning, laying out, installing, testing, and repairing wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, motors, equipment, and control systems in accordance with plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards. Work may also include tasks in other crafts as appropriate, and the candidate must hold all necessary licenses for the jurisdiction of performance. • Maintain positive relationships with crew members. • Produce high‑quality work safely and productively. • Ensure materials, tools, and information are available for tasks. • Identify and implement improvements in methods and processes. • Share knowledge and teach others on the job site. • Apply trade mathematics with high proficiency. • Inspect subordinates’ work for accuracy and compliance, correcting deficiencies. • Eliminate waste such as waiting, rework, excess transport, and storage. • Lift and carry items up to 50 lb as required. • Perform up to 12‑hour shifts involving physical labor in varied temperatures and conditions. • Climb and maintain balance on steel/wood frameworks, ladders, scaffolds. • Use personal protective equipment including steel‑toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, and vest. • Meet safety‑sensitive standards influencing operation of equipment, vehicles, and hazardous materials.

What You Bring

• Minimum 3–6+ years experience in industrial/commercial construction with deep electrician trade knowledge. • Read and interpret drawings, specifications, safety and quality standards; proficient with trade tools. • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
