About the Role

The Senior Property Officer will manage the issuance of quotations for rectification and repair works within tenant units as well as minor building repairs. The role requires coordinating with contractors on pricing and schedules, and keeping clients informed of work progress through system updates. Daily duties include inspecting the premises for cleanliness, overseeing cleaning teams, and supervising soft services such as pest control, cleaning, and landscaping. The officer also handles tenant communications, responding to emails about complaints, renovation guidelines, permits, and distributing circular notices. Additional responsibilities involve liaising with client FEM/cluster officers on tenancy matters, preparing reports and tenancy records, programming air‑conditioning and access cards, and conducting vacant‑unit inspections and occupancy reporting. The role also covers unit handovers, pre‑termination inspections, and ensuring reinstatement works comply with tenancy agreements. • Issue quotations for tenant unit repairs and minor building works. • Coordinate with contractors on pricing, timelines, and execution. • Update clients on work completions via the management system. • Conduct daily cleanliness inspections and supervise cleaning teams. • Inspect and support soft services such as pest control, cleaning, and landscaping. • Respond to tenant emails regarding complaints, renovation guidelines, and permits. • Distribute circular notices and announcements to tenants. • Liaise with client FEM/cluster officers on tenancy issues and provide updates. • Prepare and submit reports, tenancy records, and occupancy rate reports. • Program and adjust building air‑conditioning and access cards. • Perform vacant‑unit inspections and compile related reports. • Manage unit handovers, takeovers, and pre‑termination inspections. • Ensure reinstatement and renovation works meet tenancy agreement requirements. • Assist with tenant unit viewings and access control.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a diploma in Facilities Management, possess at least three years of relevant experience, and preferably have retail mall management exposure.
