About the Role
As a Seasonal Lifeguard at Elara Resort, you will be the key to maintaining safety while guests enjoy themselves within the pool area. Your focus will be on providing outstanding safety by observing owners and guests in the pool, performing designated rescue practices as needed, and ensuring that local, state and federal health and safety regulations are met. Come join our outstanding team and help us build unforgettable vacation experiences for our guests and owners. • Welcome guests and owners with a friendly demeanor. • Coordinate all activities at the pool. • Assist and support during emergency care and treatment in the event of an emergency. • Respond to any incident or emergency around the pool areas and the facility. • Notify appropriate authorities and prepare written reports on accidents, incidents, hazardous conditions, and suspicious persons or activities. • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance.

What You Bring
• Hold a lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certification or obtain one after hire. • Be at least 16 years of age. • Tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold/heat, dust, and noise.
