About the Role
Each call typically lasts between ten seconds and one minute, with a volume of about 150 calls per day. The role focuses on delivering a smooth client journey by efficiently answering, qualifying, and routing telephone enquiries. • Answer inbound calls for multiple JLL departments, qualify callers, and route calls appropriately. • Identify the nature of each call and collect key information from the caller. • Log caller details and call information into the CRM system. • Transfer qualified leads to the relevant department promptly.

What You Bring
