About the Role
The Senior Scheduler/Planner role is responsible for advanced planning, scheduling, progress measurement, change management, and risk analysis across major or multiple projects. The incumbent provides regional expertise and best‑practice implementation for the planning and scheduling discipline, supporting project objectives and ensuring schedule integrity. • Implement project planning and scheduling strategy, aligning company and contractor roles. • Develop and integrate Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) with project leads. • Maintain integration and integrity of contractor schedules within program schedules. • Provide quality assurance and interface support for schedule tracking and reporting. • Prepare staffing, engineering, and construction progress reports and customized presentations. • Perform critical path and probabilistic schedule analyses. • Conduct schedule risk analysis and identify deviations, bottlenecks, and corrective actions. • Contribute integrated scheduling data to monthly project reports and presentations. • Analyze schedule impact of variances and change orders. • Create resourcing plans, identify peak periods, and recommend leveling strategies. • Ensure schedule inputs from vendors, suppliers, and contractors are reflected in planning systems. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate, complete schedules. • Provide onsite progress measurement and verify billing. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable. • Lead and coordinate multiple schedule inputs into a master schedule and deliver status reports. • Support onsite teams beyond core functions and travel as required.

What You Bring
Candidates should have four to six years of project controls and schedule‑management experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and coordinate multiple schedule inputs into a master schedule. Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera (P3/P5/P6), Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI is required, with a preference for experience in commercial real‑estate projects within the Life Science sector. • Possess 4–6 years of project controls and schedule‑management experience. • Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a drive to add value. • Proficient with MS Project, Primavera P3/P5/P6, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. • Desirable experience in commercial real‑estate projects for the Life Science sector.
