About the Role
The Contractor Site Lead in Stuttgart, Germany will serve as the Government’s primary point of contact for contract execution and administration. This on‑site role oversees the day‑to‑day business, technical, fiscal and administrative functions of the assigned project, ensuring profitability, schedule adherence, and compliance. • Serve as the primary Government liaison for contract execution and administration. • Plan, direct, and supervise all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative project activities. • Forecast monthly revenue, labor costs, other direct costs, and gross profit for the project term. • Develop, manage, and monitor the project budget to ensure profitability. • Oversee invoicing, billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. • Coordinate with senior leadership on key project position qualifications. • Collaborate with facilities staff to secure appropriate office space. • Work with managers, engineers, and discipline leads to create budgets, schedules, and project plans. • Identify and implement action plans to address cost overruns, delays, or scope changes, and communicate updates to client and management. • Maintain current change orders and apply Quality Assurance processes to promote technical and commercial excellence. • Monitor and report project progress, milestones, and any conditions affecting cost or schedule.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical/business field and 10+ years of relevant experience. • Possess a Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.
