• Advise senior construction representatives on ESHARP and SH&E processes. • Audit and inspect sites to identify and correct safety hazards. • Supervise first‑aid personnel and oversee occupational injury care. • Review accident records, conduct investigations, and prepare reports. • Represent management during regulatory and insurance safety inspections. • Distribute safety inspection reports with corrective actions. • Oversee new‑hire safety orientation and related training. • Conduct risk assessments and support safety planning.

What You Bring
Parsons is seeking a talented HSE Inspector to join our team and support project and construction management in the formulation, implementation, and management of major project safety plans. The position will focus on a unique hospitality project in the Kingdom, requiring solid experience on completed 5‑star hotel or resort projects. • Hold a bachelor’s degree or diploma in safety, health, environment, or related engineering. • Possess certifications such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, NEBOSH Diploma, first aid, or fire safety. • Bring at least three years of construction supervision experience, ideally on 5‑star hotel/resort projects. • Maintain a valid KSA driving license; experience in KSA and engineering consulting firms is a plus. • Access to worldwide projects spanning defense, intelligence, and critical infrastructure.
