About the Role

The Driver/Operator safely transports waste containers on designated transfer routes using a heavy‑duty natural‑gas truck, complying with all safety and regulatory standards while ensuring timely service. Working under Operations Management without supervisory responsibilities, the driver participates in training, collaborates on route efficiency, and provides courteous service at customer sites. • Operate a heavy‑duty natural‑gas truck on transfer routes in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company policies. • Perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections using the Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) and report any issues. • Immediately report unsafe conditions, incidents, accidents, or service calls to the Operations Manager or Dispatch. • Participate in required training, briefings, and meetings as scheduled by management. • Collaborate with Operations Managers to improve route efficiency and address unsafe accounts. • Assist other drivers as directed and follow all scheduled duties. • Dump containers cleanly, position them properly on customer property, and ensure lids are replaced. • Complete and submit customer tickets when excess yardage removal is needed. • Maintain accurate documentation and check‑in at the end of each route. • Adhere to equal employment opportunity policies and request accommodations if needed.

What You Bring
