About the Role
• Manage day‑to‑day project activities from planning through construction and close‑out. • Serve as primary contact among Turner & Townsend, client, design teams, consultants, and contractors. • Oversee project scope, budget, schedule, procurement and risk tracking. • Produce and maintain project documentation, schedules and work plans aligned with client priorities and compliance. • Lead and record stakeholder meetings, ensuring clear communication and timely follow‑up. • Monitor progress against goals and recommend corrective actions. • Administer change management and keep organized project records. • Prepare project updates, financial summaries and status reports for client review. • Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards. • Coordinate with local agencies, utilities and permitting authorities for municipal compliance. • Support procurement by drafting RFPs, evaluating bids and assisting contract discussions. • Mentor junior team members and strengthen project delivery practices. • Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies for public‑sector projects. • Incorporate sustainability, resilience and long‑term asset performance into planning and execution. • Track project metrics and report KPIs related to performance and client satisfaction. • Recommend improvements to project management processes, templates and tools. • Follow SOX controls and applicable compliance requirements.

What You Bring
• Minimum 5 years project management experience in public works, municipal construction or infrastructure. • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary design and construction of civic facilities, parks, infrastructure upgrades or ground‑up builds. • Experience with capital improvement planning, renovation projects and specialized systems such as fire suppression. • Strong advisory, communication, leadership and stakeholder‑engagement skills. • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project and project‑management platforms; able to interpret drawings and prepare RFPs. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field; PMP or CCM certification preferred. • Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision in fast‑moving, collaborative environments.
