About the Role
The Sales Gas & Condensate Commissioning Lead will guide the commissioning team, EPC contractors and sub‑contractors, coordinate with licensors and vendors, and ensure that commissioning activities follow licence and vendor procedures. Responsibilities include reviewing pre‑commissioning and commissioning procedures, advising the Sr. Commissioning Manager, reviewing commissioning manuals, verifying mechanical completion certificates, participating in meetings and troubleshooting, confirming system readiness for MC and RFSU certificates, and monitoring punch‑list close‑out to ensure compliance with contractual documents. • Lead and guide the commissioning team, EPC contractors and sub‑contractors. • Coordinate with licensors and vendors to ensure compliance with procedures. • Review and verify pre‑commissioning and commissioning procedures and manuals. • Validate mechanical completion certificates and system readiness for MC and RFSU certificates. • Participate in commissioning meetings, troubleshoot issues, and approve punch‑list close‑out. • Ensure progress and handover align with contractual documents.

What You Bring
KBR is seeking a Commissioning Superintendent (Sulphur) with on‑shore site experience on MEGA EPC projects to be based in Abu Dhabi for a PMC project. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and at least twenty years of relevant commissioning or operation‑readiness experience, preferably in the GCC region, with a minimum of five years in oil & gas or petrochemical projects, especially sour‑gas, hydrogen production or hydro‑desulfurisation. • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mandatory). • Minimum 20 years commissioning/operation‑readiness experience, preferably in the GCC region. • At least 5 years in oil & gas or petrochemical projects, with exposure to sour‑gas, hydrogen or hydro‑desulfurisation. • On‑shore site experience on mega EPC projects; based in Abu Dhabi for a PMC project.
