What You Bring
Successful candidates will possess the necessary certifications and experience to excel in multifamily maintenance. • Hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a personal vehicle for travel. • Live within a 30‑minute commute to the assigned properties. • Possess HVAC/EPA/CFC certification (preferred) and prior apartment maintenance experience.
