About the Role
The Construction Supervisor oversees all phases of telecom utility projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery while leading crews and interfacing with customers. • Develop team’s skill set and knowledge of aerial and underground telecom construction • Drive team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects • Provide high level of customer service when interfacing with customers • Give direction to multiple crews and their job site activities

What You Bring
The ideal candidate is a safety‑focused leader with hands‑on telecom construction experience, strong problem‑solving abilities, and a passion for coaching teams. Familiarity with industry practices, basic office software, and relevant MOS codes is required. • Track record of completing work with high quality • Knack for solving hard problems with a hands‑on approach • Experienced leader supporting day‑to‑day needs of a construction crew • Knowledge of telecom construction (coax splicing, fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading, etc.) • Enjoy problem‑solving and troubleshooting in the field • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn custom software • Relevant MOS codes: 12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, 2591
