About the Role
The Sr. Inside Sales Representative serves as the front‑line contact for telephone and walk‑in customers, understanding equipment needs, negotiating and placing orders, and occasionally supporting dispatch logistics and training teammates.

What You Bring
The role requires strong administrative abilities, a professional attitude at all times, and the physical capability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift 50 pounds or more while working indoors or outdoors as needed. • High School diploma or GED required • Valid driver’s license required • At least 3 years of equipment rental industry experience or a 4‑year degree plus 1 year of rental experience • Strong customer service and telephone skills • Solid computer and administrative skills • Successful completion of the DOT qualification process (preferred) • Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations
