About the Role
As a Plumber you will ensure clients’ facilities remain safe and compliant by performing planned preventative maintenance, undertaking tank replacements and repairs, conducting water sampling and temperature monitoring, responding to reactive maintenance, installing and maintaining fixtures and pipework, and collaborating with teams while adhering to health and safety regulations. • Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems • Undertake tank replacements and plumbing repairs in commercial and domestic settings • Conduct water sampling and temperature monitoring • Respond to reactive maintenance tasks, diagnose and resolve commercial plumbing issues • Install, repair and maintain plumbing fixtures, TMVs, pipework modifications and remove dead legs • Collaborate with teams, maintain accurate records and follow health and safety regulations

What You Bring
Successful candidates will hold a City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent) and ideally a G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems certification, have proven commercial plumbing and water‑hygiene experience, and possess a full UK driving licence; experience in building services, facilities management or environmental consultancy is a plus. • Overtime rate of 1.5 × • City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent) and preferably G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems certification • Proven experience in commercial plumbing and routine water‑hygiene tasks • Experience in building services, facilities management or environmental consultancy (bonus) • Full UK driving licence
