About the Role

• Oversee community management operations at the branch. • Build positive relationships with board members, community managers, support staff, and vendors. • Assist with strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations for community-focused activities. • Help develop policies and procedures to efficiently serve clients. • Serve as training liaison for community managers and support roles. • Manage people and teams. • Supervise 2–3 associations. • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all responsibilities.

What You Bring

Associa is currently looking for a Community Director to join our team in Fairfield, NJ. In this role you will work closely with clients, vendors, and partner with other Associa departments, requiring strong customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. • Apply general accounting principles proficiently. • Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiently. • Communicate professionally via phone, written, and interpersonal channels. • Demonstrate self-motivation, proactivity, detail-orientation, and teamwork. • Prioritize tasks with strong time-management skills. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree (preferred). • Hold CMCA designation (preferred). • Possess 5–7 years of community association or related experience, including personnel management.
