Project Manager - MEP, Pune

About the Role

The role is responsible for managing MEP works on fit‑out and base‑build projects. It includes monitoring MEP activities, coordinating resources, preparing progress reports, and managing stakeholder relationships. The incumbent will also oversee health and safety, ensure quality assurance and control, handle procurement and change‑management, commission systems, and close out project documentation. • Manage MEP work for fit‑out and base‑build projects • Monitor construction and interior fit‑out MEP activities • Coordinate and schedule MEP resources • Prepare progress reports and status updates • Manage stakeholder relationships • Oversee site health and safety • Ensure quality assurance and control of MEP systems • Handle procurement and change‑management processes • Compile and close‑out project documentation

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering and have six to eight years of relevant experience.
