About the Role
• Use proper safety equipment and prepare surfaces for operations • Perform air‑arc, Grove welds, Flex‑Core, Full‑Pin welding • Follow correct procedures to achieve proper weld profile • Apply general knowledge of welding codes and tools • Prepare, clean, and set up work areas • Set up and use hand torch • Maintain shop equipment, tools, and vehicles for availability and safety • Coordinate with supervisor and team to complete projects on time and defect‑free • Follow safety policies for personal and coworker protection • Read metric measurements • Push or move objects up to 50 lb of force • Pull up to 122 lb of force • Stand, walk, stoop, and kneel for 99 % of shift • Work indoors in a warehouse or outdoors in all weather conditions

What You Bring
• Read basic weld symbols and gauges • Hold High School diploma or GED • Read, write, and comprehend English • Adapt to priorities, communicate effectively, meet deadlines, and work as a team • Deliver quality, accurate, thorough, and reliable work • Welding experience preferred (not required) • Lift 40 lb and carry 30 lb • Reach forward, overhead, and bend with full range of motion • Use agile fingers and thumbs on both hands • Wear safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, steel‑toed boots; respirator required for specific tasks

Benefits
The night shift starts at $19.82 per hour with a 48‑hour work week running Monday‑Thursday from 4:30 pm to 4:30 am. Overtime is available and double‑time is paid after 50 hours worked. New hires will receive training on the first shift (5 am‑4:30 pm). • Train on 1st Shift (5 am‑4:30 pm)
