About the Role
As an Assistant Property Manager you will support the Property Manager in leasing, collections, resident services, and maintenance oversight while maintaining high property standards and delivering top‑notch service to residents and staff. The role also includes managerial support, staff coordination, vendor relations, lease oversight, and compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies. • Assist with leasing, move‑ins, lease renewals, and resident insurance. • Address delinquent accounts, process collections, and initiate evictions when necessary. • Maintain accurate resident records, security deposit refunds, and correspondence. • Provide managerial support in the Property Manager’s absence and generate monthly performance reports. • Train, coach, and take minutes for office staff meetings. • Manage vendor relationships, invoicing, and lease compliance. • Ensure compliance with federal and state Fair Housing laws and company policies.
