About the Role
As a trusted advisor to HR business partners and business leaders, the consultant translates strategy into practical solutions, drives clarity and alignment, and balances strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery to build long‑term capabilities that help teams and the organization thrive. • Lead organization design and transformation initiatives, from operating model shifts to role clarification. • Partner with HR business partners and leaders to co‑create operating models and strategic workforce plans. • Design and facilitate workshops that diagnose issues, align decisions, and define new structures. • Coach HR partners, leaders, and junior consultants on OD tools and transformation frameworks. • Develop and maintain tools, dashboards, metrics, and routines to sustain organizational maturity. • Analyze workforce and organizational data to generate insights and recommend new roles and ways of working. • Support change adoption and leadership engagement during implementation of OD initiatives.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, I/O Psychology or a related field. • Possess 5‑7 years of experience in organization design, strategic workforce planning, or transformation. • Demonstrate strong OD expertise including operating model design, structural analysis, and role mapping. • Exhibit robust consulting skills: problem framing, insight synthesis, solution development, and senior‑leader communication. • Show high emotional intelligence, facilitation prowess, and systems‑thinking to integrate structure, process, people, and culture.

Benefits
The position offers a compensation range of $117,600 to $176,400 per year, inclusive of base pay and short‑term incentive, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, Benefit Bucks, flexible work arrangements, paid family leave, 401(k) match, stock purchase options, holidays, paid time off, and well‑being programs.
