About the Role

• Leverage Bentley systems suite and BIM Management to drive data‑driven projects. • Develop and execute Digital Delivery Strategy aligned with project, local, and international standards. • Oversee BIM and CAD workflows across multidisciplinary design teams and Joint Ventures, supporting the Common Data Environment (CDE) and ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility. • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain consistent digital practices. • Direct digital delivery staff, including BIM/CAD Managers, Information Managers, and Document Control. • Author and ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plan, Information Management Plan, and project‑specific protocols. • Lead digital coordination meetings and provide technical leadership on model integration, clash detection, and data validation. • Champion innovation such as automation, model‑based design reviews, and digital twin readiness. • Conduct training and mentorship on digital tools and workflows. • Drive digital excellence by enabling teams, solving obstacles, delighting stakeholders, and using data to inform decisions.

What You Bring

The successful candidate will be based in the New York Metro Area, within commuting distance of the Manhattan office, and will maintain a regular presence in the office, client sites, and project locations. • 10+ years hands‑on experience with Bentley systems (OpenRoads, OpenRail, MicroStation). • 5+ years in digital delivery or BIM/VDC roles on large infrastructure projects. • Experience configuring and managing Bentley CDE platforms (ProjectWise, iTwin). • Proven leadership in implementing ISO‑compliant digital strategies. • Strong understanding of data governance, information management, and digital workflows. • Autodesk suite (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks) experience is a plus. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Authorized to work in the United States.
