About the Role

Under general supervision, the role provides data assessment, reporting, and recommendations within assigned areas of expertise. It involves data analysis to support and enhance overall department workflow, customer service, improvement, and work quality. • Act as subject matter expert for assigned functions. • Prepare management reports on data summaries, changes, and trends, and provide assessments and recommendations. • Resolve issues from internal department functions or from internal/external customers. • Track issues to resolution within the department and in partnership with other groups. • Monitor overall workflow to ensure timely completion of projects and daily tasks. • Assist with special projects within the department or as part of cross‑functional teams. • Ensure accuracy and quality of data and work output by monitoring department processes and workflow. • Identify risk areas when new or changed processes are implemented. • Recommend changes, updates, and continuous‑improvement processes. • Evaluate and improve training methods and materials; create training as needed.

What You Bring

Responsibilities include daily reporting functions for both CM/RO and RS sales new business, lost business, service changes, and ancillary charges. Qualified candidates should have excellent math skills and be very detail‑oriented. Previous experience with Microsoft Access and expert knowledge of Excel are required. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or alternatively a high school diploma/GED with four years of relevant experience. Preferred qualifications include proficiency with Microsoft Access and Excel. The job involves repetitive motions, eye/hand/foot coordination, and primarily consists of sitting, talking, and hearing tasks in a professional office setting using standard equipment. The position may require travel by air or access to federal property, so candidates must have a REAL ID or an acceptable alternative.
