About the Role

Key duties include coordinating daily project tasks with management, managing communications across stakeholders, and overseeing deliverables to meet contractual and technical requirements. The role also involves implementing quality management processes, preparing progress reports, risk assessments, and budget tracking, as well as developing dashboards and meeting minutes. Additional responsibilities cover stakeholder engagement, supporting the project team, maintaining data distribution systems, and assisting with procurement activities such as RFQs and tender analysis. • Coordinate daily project tasks and align them with goals, timelines, and quality standards. • Manage project communications to ensure transparent and timely information flow among stakeholders. • Oversee deliverable submission, ensuring compliance with contractual and technical requirements. • Implement and monitor quality management processes for project outputs. • Prepare regular project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and budget tracking. • Develop dashboards, meeting minutes, and coordinate financial reporting with project control. • Support stakeholder engagement and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Assist procurement by creating RFQs, conducting tender analysis, and liaising with subcontractors. • Provide direction and support to project team members to foster collaboration and continuous improvement. • Contribute to the development of Project Execution, Health & Safety, and QA/QC plans under senior management guidance.
