Support and maintain SAP Callidus incentive compensation system, handling data, configuration, and user support.

About the Role
The specialist will provide technical and functional support for our incentive compensation management processes, ensuring the effectiveness of sales compensation plans. The role requires close collaboration with IT and business teams to enhance system performance and drive continuous improvement. • Provide day-to-day support for the SAP Callidus Incentive Compensation system, monitoring and resolving issues and calculation errors. • Perform configuration changes and updates to compensation plans as required. • Validate, load, and maintain transactional data, ensuring integrity between SAP Callidus and upstream/downstream systems (CRM, ERP, HR). • Assist in implementing and administering incentive compensation plans, supporting monthly/quarterly commission runs and payouts. • Generate and distribute compensation reports, dashboards, and support advanced workflow applications. • Serve as the primary contact for end-user inquiries, delivering training and documentation on system functionality. • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and system performance, collaborating with IT and business teams on enhancements.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or a related discipline and have at least one year of experience with SAP Callidus or comparable incentive compensation systems. Additional preferred experience includes work with SAP Commissions cloud, Agile methodologies, .NET applications, and ETL tools such as Informatica Cloud, Azure Data Factory, or Snowflake. • Proficient in SAP Callidus configuration, troubleshooting, and integration with CRM/ERP systems. • Skilled in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools. • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. • Preferred: experience with SAP Commissions cloud environment and knowledge of incentive compensation best practices. • Preferred: exposure to Agile methodology, project management tools, .NET applications, and ETL platforms such as Informatica Cloud, Azure Data Factory, or Snowflake.
