IT ERP Product Lead Senior - SAP Finance

About the Role

The role involves understanding the Regal Rexnord SAP Global Template and delivering solutions that align business requirements with application services, particularly within Finance and Controlling. Responsibilities include evaluating, designing, planning, configuring, and delivering effective SAP solutions while continuously expanding knowledge of data, processes, and integration points across SAP modules and industry best practices. Key duties include translating business requirements into functional specifications, configuring SAP applications, providing ongoing FICO support, and developing end‑user training materials. The role also demands creating and maintaining detailed documentation, participating in system upgrades and testing (including RICEFs), leading business process reviews, and handling end‑to‑end transaction flows such as Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash, and manufacturing reporting. • Align business requirements with the SAP Global Template and deliver Finance & Controlling configurations. • Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions, covering GL, AR, AP, New GL, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Tax, PS, Costing, and Profitability Analysis. • Lead process and master‑data redesign following SAP best practices and promote a strong end‑user community through training and support. • Provide ongoing FICO support, troubleshoot issues, and manage system upgrades, enhancements, and testing (including RICEFs). • Create and maintain detailed functional and technical documentation, test scenarios, and solution design artifacts. • Conduct business process reviews, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.

What You Bring

The incumbent will support value realization initiatives by promoting consistent system utilization, best‑practice business processes, and standardized controls across various business units and regions. Strong functional, communication, and organizational skills are required to meet deadlines, lead process and master‑data redesign, and foster a robust SAP user community through training, support, and knowledge sharing. Ideal candidates should have 5–7 years of SAP ECC 6.0 experience with a deep understanding of financial accounting and controlling principles. They must be proficient in SAP configuration and customization, have completed at least three full‑lifecycle implementations, and possess cross‑value‑stream integration knowledge, including exposure to PP, PS, SD, MM, and WM modules. • Possess 5–7 years SAP ECC 6.0 experience with at least three full‑lifecycle implementations and cross‑module integration (PP, PS, SD, MM, WM). • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills; experience with offshore/on‑site teams preferred. • Expertise in finance month‑end closing, reconciliation, and consolidation (HFM or OneStream) considered a plus.
